Complete inventory CSV guide
Use one file to prepare real products, services and food listings. Importing saves private drafts under your shop. An administrator must approve your business and publish listings before buyers can see them.
Important: The downloaded file includes three EXAMPLE rows to explain the format. Replace or delete them before importing. Do not upload examples as real products.
Maximum: 200 rows or 250 KB per file. Save as CSV with UTF-8 encoding. Enclose fields containing commas or line breaks in quotation marks.

Import safely
- Sign in and open My account, then My shops and products.
- Submit your real shop, phone and structured address details. A reviewer must approve the shop.
- Choose the shop and upload the completed CSV.
- The importer validates every row before sending it to the database. A failed validation does not publish anything.
- Review imported drafts under Your listings. An authorized administrator can publish listings for an approved business.
- Update price, stock, photos or descriptions in the listing editor. Changes to an already published listing are submitted for review again.
CSV import does not upload image files from your computer. To attach an image to a listing, use the image uploader or a valid public HTTPS image link.
Worldwide addresses and currencies
Business locations use country, state or region, district, city, locality, postal code, street address and an optional map pin. Private contact information is not displayed in public listings by default. Currency is stored separately for each listing so prices retain their intended currency.
Limits and current checkout model
Lokavyn currently accepts order requests without collecting online payments. A request is not a paid purchase. Seller availability, collection, delivery fees, taxes and local consumer protection requirements must be handled appropriately before orders are fulfilled. The service uses free-tier limits, so very large imports and media files are restricted.
