Other parties retain ownership of their content, trademarks, photographs and other independently owned materials. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses. This notice does not assert ownership of those third-party works, and is not a patent registration or trademark registration.

Application license and user content

Users receive limited permission to use Lokavyn for lawful marketplace activities. No right to copy, commercially redistribute, reverse engineer contrary to applicable law, impersonate the creator, or misuse the platform is granted. Sellers retain their own lawful rights in uploaded product information, while granting permission for Lokavyn to display approved listings to run the marketplace. Sellers must have rights to uploaded images and descriptions.

Seller, buyer and courier responsibilities

Seller listings are subject to review and can be rejected or suspended for misleading information, fraud, unsafe products, unlawful content, counterfeit goods or abuse. Sellers remain responsible for product accuracy, inventory, licenses, taxes, refunds and consumer rights. Couriers must provide accurate service areas and must not falsely imply employment or government authorization. Buyers must use genuine identities and avoid fraudulent orders.

Transactions and disputes

Lokavyn currently supports order requests, not a complete payment gateway. Order request submission does not guarantee seller acceptance, dispatch or delivery. Buyers and sellers may communicate using order messaging and open a support case for assistance. Support staff may record case status, but cannot guarantee reimbursement or delivery outcomes. Mandatory legal rights and remedies continue to apply.

Privacy, location and communications

Location permission is optional, and the selected geographic area may be saved as a preference. Precise business addresses and telephone numbers provided privately during onboarding are not published automatically. Registered accounts can submit support requests and order messages that are stored for continuity and safety review. No email, SMS or push notification is promised unless expressly configured. Limitations, changes and governing requirements

Services may be interrupted by technical limitations, service providers or maintenance. Nothing here removes liabilities or consumer and privacy rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Terms should be reviewed for jurisdictions in which Lokavyn operates before offering commercial transactions, and this notice may be updated as capabilities and regulations evolve.
