What Lokavyn handles
Account information includes your login email, display name, profile photo, country and location preferences, favorite listings, order requests, and selected language and visual theme. If you register a shop or apply as a delivery partner, we also handle your contact information, business description, service area, optional street address, phone number, images and inventory information.
Location permission
Location detection is optional. Your browser requests permission when you choose Detect my location. Lokavyn does not automatically ask for GPS permission when you visit the site. You may enter an address manually, select a geocoded place, or place a map pin instead. Selected coordinates can be saved to your profile if you save your details. A shop map pin is shared publicly only if the shop owner explicitly selects that option. Precise business contact addresses and telephone numbers are not published with ordinary marketplace listings.
Services involved
Neon is used for authentication, database storage and access controls. Cloudflare Pages serves the website. Google authentication is used only if you select Google sign-in. OpenStreetMap contributors supply map data, Photon may be contacted for address suggestions and reverse location lookup, and an optional country/state/city lookup service may provide local administrative areas. When you use these location lookup functions, relevant search text or coordinates are sent to the external mapping service to return a result. Avoid entering unnecessary sensitive details in address searches.
How data is used
We use data to operate accounts, show approved business listings, handle buyer and seller requests, manage approvals and delivery applications, and remember your preferences. Public product descriptions and voluntarily published business map pins can be visible to other visitors. Private shop enquiries are accessible only to the submitting account and authorized administrators through database rules.
Browser information and safety
Some preferences, such as language and selected browsing area, may be saved in your browser. Account and marketplace data is stored in the connected application database. No online payment collection is enabled. Never submit payment-card numbers, passwords, or unnecessary sensitive information in listing descriptions or address fields. No system can promise zero security risk, and third-party services have their own privacy policies.
Account changes
You may edit your display name, picture and location in My Account. Your login email is managed by the authentication provider. Self-service account deletion and full data export are not available in the current app; request assistance through an official Lokavyn support channel provided by the operator. Retention and deletion requests are subject to applicable laws and operational requirements.

Messages, support cases and delivery data
Order messages, support tickets and case replies are stored to let authorized buyers, sellers and support staff review relevant activity. Delivery applications may contain a selected service radius, vehicle type, contact telephone number and location. Full private addresses are not automatically made public; only authorized accounts can access protected records through database policies. Public map lookup services receive search queries or coordinates when used, and no ongoing GPS tracking is enabled by the website.
