Marketplace purpose
Lokavyn helps people discover real local shops, products and services. Shop submissions, inventory and order requests are subject to verification and availability. An approved or listed shop is not a certification or guarantee of quality, safety or legal compliance.
Your account
Use accurate account details and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, automate abusive activity, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful activities. Users who cannot legally enter into transactions must use the service with the involvement of a responsible adult where required by law.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must accurately describe products, prices, inventory, qualifications and services, obey applicable consumer and tax laws, and hold any necessary permits or licenses. Counterfeit, stolen, dangerous or illegal offers are prohibited. Seller contact data entered during application is reviewed privately; publishing an exact map pin is optional and should be used only for a location that can safely be shared.
Orders and payments
Submitting an order request does not mean a payment has been taken or that an order is confirmed for fulfillment. The seller may accept, reject or cancel as supported by the service. Online payments, automatic refunds and guaranteed deliveries are not currently provided through Lokavyn. Buyers and sellers are responsible for confirming applicable taxes, delivery charges, returns and any off-platform arrangements.
Content and intellectual property
Upload only descriptions, images and media that you have the right to use. You retain rights in your own content and grant the service permission to display approved marketplace listings in connection with providing the service. The Lokavyn name, application design and original materials remain with their lawful owners. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party trademarks or user content.
Service limitations
Availability can change due to hosting limits, third-party address search services, maintenance and security controls. Abuse and misleading listings may be removed or restricted. No guarantee is made of uninterrupted access, profits, delivery or outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Read the privacy notice for details about account, shop and location data. Terms and app functionality may be updated; material changes should be communicated through the service when operationally supported.

Users may contact a seller through in-app order messages where available and may open a support ticket with an order reference. Requests and status updates are kept within the signed-in account.
